5 Minute Miso Bowl

A super speedy, delicious bowl in just 5 minutes! So good for lunch or a midweek dinner.

Go in with what veggies you have - Spinach, kale, greens, spring onions, peppers.



What you will need: Makes 1 generous bowl

1 nest of rice noodles

1 tbsp or sachet of miso 

1 splash of tamari soy sauce

A handful of watercress (spinach, kale, greens) 

A handful of cooked tempeh or tofu. 

1 carrot thinly sliced. 


Let's cook:
  1. Boil the kettle 

  2. Pop the miso in bowl and pour in to cups of boiling water and stir in the miso. 

  3. Add in your noodles and let sit for a few minutes. 

  4. Chop your carrot and wash your greens. 

  5. Pile In all your goodies as you like the bowl. 

  6. Add a pinch of spice or pepper (optional) 

  7. Your bowl is done.
