5 Minute Miso Bowl
A super speedy, delicious bowl in just 5 minutes! So good for lunch or a midweek dinner.
Go in with what veggies you have - Spinach, kale, greens, spring onions, peppers.

What you will need: Makes 1 generous bowl
1 nest of rice noodles
1 tbsp or sachet of miso
1 splash of tamari soy sauce
A handful of watercress (spinach, kale, greens)
A handful of cooked tempeh or tofu.
1 carrot thinly sliced.
Let's cook:
Boil the kettle
Pop the miso in bowl and pour in to cups of boiling water and stir in the miso.
Add in your noodles and let sit for a few minutes.
Chop your carrot and wash your greens.
Pile In all your goodies as you like the bowl.
Add a pinch of spice or pepper (optional)
Your bowl is done.
