Garlicky Bean Dip

Creamy and delicious - this homemade healthy dip takes just minutes to blitz up.
Enjoy in a sandwich, drizzle over roasted veggies, dollop on a baked potato or pile into a pita with falafels and a crunchy salsa - Just another deliciously simple way to enjoy eating more beans!

What you will need:
1 x tin of white beans, I used cannellini beans drained
1 clove of garlic, peeled
A pinch of dried herbs, I used oregano
Juice and zest of a lemon
Pinch of salt as pepper
Lets make the dip:
Put all your ingredients into a small blender.
Blitz until super smooth
Have a taste
Tweak if needed with a salt, pepper or lemon juice.
Top with some paprika / hemp seeds, chilli flakes, chilli oil, fresh herbs, pesto ... its up to you.
