Pink Pickled Onions
Making your own pickled onions can sound difficult or daunting BUT seriously this is simplest, quickest way so GET PICKLING!!

Top Tip : These pickled onions are great for piling on top a salad, jazzing up a sandwich & of course stacked on top a burger or hot dog!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2 to 3 red onions
2 x tbsp of agave or maple syrup
4 x tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
How to make your own pink picked onions:
1. Peel and thinly slice all your onions and place into a medium bowl.
2. Add your apple cider vinegar and give them a good mix.
3. Now add the syrup and lime juice. Mix again and let this sit for few minutes to work its magic.
3. Have a taste - it should be a super tangy, lip smackin flavour.
4. Pop these in an air tight container and keep in the fridge (for up to a week)… if you haven’t managed to eat them all!!
