Super Easy Green Smoothie

Refreshing, delicious and full of gorgeous goodness. If you are new to smoothies, this a great one to start with. Packed with a lovely mix of fruit, veggies, creaminess from the avocado and sweetness from the dates, I hope you enjoy this one!



What you will need:

A big handful of spinach / watercress 

2 dates (stones removed)

2 apples washed and chopped (remove core)

1/2 lime, peeled

1/2 avocado 

Thumb size piece of fresh ginger, peeled 

Water

Ice 


Let's make this smoothie:
  1. You will need a NutriBullet or blender. If using a smaller NutriBullet, you may need to split ingredients in two.

  2. Get all your delicious ingredients ready.

  3. Add them all to the blender.

  4. Pour in a glass of water - you may need more once this is blended up.

  5. Blitz until super smooth.

  6. Check consistency - add more water and blitz again if needed.

  7. Have a taste.

  8. Pour over ice and enjoy!


This is a great smoothie to take for on the go. I have kept it really simple to get started. You can add extras seeds & different green veggies - make it your own.
