Tamari Greens

Forget soggy, tasteless boiled veg... this is a simple way of cooking your veg, keeping their colour, crunch, taste and all the veg goodness!

Of course you can change it up with some spice, chilli oil & herbs - Go for it!

What you will need:

Any green veg:

Cabbage

Broccoli

Kale

Leeks

Sprouts

Olive oil

Water

Tamari - soy sauce

Large pan or wok

Let's cook

1. Firstly shred (this is simply slicing) your veggies. With the large cabbage leaves roll them up and thinly slice. Chop the broccoli stalk nice and thin leaving the lovely florets, these will then cook evenly.

2. Give them a good wash and set aside.

3. Get your large pan on a medium heat, add your olive oil.

4. Bundle in all your veggies - keep them moving in the pan for a few minutes.

5. Add a good splash of Tamari approx - 1tbsp and a splash of water.

6. Let your veggies cook for about 5 minutes until cooked, still keeping the colour and crunch.

7. Have a taste and season if needed.

8. Your gorgeous greens are now ready to eat. Pop in middle of the table for everyone to tuck in.
